How long will delivery take?
We strive to send your order withing 3-5 working days. Delivery will depend on the delivery company.
can i return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days in original state with all labels still attached to the item(s). However personalized items CAN'T be returned.

VERT91 essentiel is an online webshop located in the Netherlands. We don't have a physical store (yet).

• The bag must be in its original condition, unused, and with all labels and packaging intact.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Returns must be initiated within the 14-day return period via our returns portal or by contacting our customer service.
2. Personalized Items Exception
Please note that personalized products (such as bags with embroidered initials, names, or other custom designs) cannot be returned, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Personalized products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Damaged or Defective Products:
• If you receive a damaged or defective personalized item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it. We will offer a free exchange or a full refund for the product.
3. Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
